Diet

Eat like the beast you want to be

  • Know your body

    • Eat as many meals as possible without eating so much you begin to pack on the fat

    • Upwards of 8 meals a day, protein supplements count as a meal

  • Protein

    • Ingest 1 – 1.5 grams of protein per kilogram of body weight

  • Good fats

    • Lay on the peanut butter

Clean Bulk

Put on the muscle without all the fat

  • Eat lean

    • stick to fish, chicken, and turkey

  • Best carbohydrates

    • brown rice, vegetables, whole wheat bread, and sweet potatoes

       

Dirty Bulk

Add muscle to your frame along with a little fat

  • Eat everything

  • Meat

    • Ham, turkey, chicken, fish, beef

  • Carbs

    • Potatoes, pasta, tortillas, white bread, and white rice
