Gain Strength

For those of us who just want to push as much weight as possible.

Exercise

Lift as heavy as you possibly can every time you work out

  • Have the mentality

    • Think Heavy

  • Warm up

    • For the first exercise of each muscle group use three warm up sets

    • Increase the weight but never get even close to a burn

  • Prime those muscles

    • The better the warm up the more weight you can push

  • Use the correct amount of reps

    • For each set, push for 6 reps and settle for 4

  • Push yourself

    • As soon as you can go for 7, reps up the weight

  • Push until failure

    • Your not working until it burns , your working till your body gives out

  • Sets

    • Use 3-4 sets
