For the first exercise of each muscle group use three warm up sets

Increase the weight but never get even close to a burn

Prime those muscles

The better the warm up the more weight you can push

Use the correct amount of reps

For each set, push for 6 reps and settle for 4

Push yourself
-
As soon as you can go for 7, reps up the weight

Push until failure

Your not working until it burns , your working till your body gives out
