Circuit Training

If losing weight or getting cut is your biggest driving force in why to work out, then circuit training may me a great place to look for results.

  • Follow the same order as full body workouts

  • Chose an exercise for each of the muscle groups

    • Usually two for your legs

  • Perform each exercise with a maximum of 15 seconds in between

  • Within each exercise set continue till failure, then quickly move on

  • Run through the exercise 3-5 times depending on fitness level

  • Incorporate active rest

    • When time between exercises begins to exceed 15 seconds do easy exercises like jumping jacks or high knees to keep your heart rate up and calories burning.
