Circuit Training

If losing weight or getting cut is your biggest driving force in why to work out, then circuit training may me a great place to look for results.

Follow the same order as full body workouts

Chose an exercise for each of the muscle groups

Usually two for your legs

Perform each exercise with a maximum of 15 seconds in between

Within each exercise set continue till failure, then quickly move on

Run through the exercise 3-5 times depending on fitness level

Incorporate active rest

When time between exercises begins to exceed 15 seconds do easy exercises like jumping jacks or high knees to keep your heart rate up and calories burning.
