Abs
Everyone wants those sexy six pack abs but the problem is that they do hundreds of crunches and never see results. The truth of the matter is that each and ever one of us have a six pack, its just covered.

Great abs take three things:

Diet
-
Eat very lean and lower your carb intake slightly

Direct isolation

Abs can be worked out every other day

Work your abs for a constant 20 – 30 minutes without rest for best results

Cardio

You have to burn the fat that is covering your stomach muscles

Run hard and your abs will eventually show

Calves
Great calves come from heavy weight, reps, and a good squeeze.
Think about something, every time you take a step one of your calves supports all your weight. So what is the point of sitting at a seated calm machine and doing 45 pounds.
To shock those calves to grow one must do as follows:

Increase the weight as often as possible
-
Do reps as high as 20 and no less then 15
-
Squeeze hard and long at the top of each rep
